Heffner Performance Develops Audi R8 V10 Twin Turbo Package

For the past several months Jason Heffner and his team at Heffner Performance have been working on the development of their Audi R8 V10 Twin Turbo program. The finally result has been released and is showcased right here.

The new system uses twin Garrett GT35R turbos pumping out 6 psi of boost producing 725 awhp, which is 225 more than stock. Jason Heffner states:

To date I would have to say that this is the most refined aftermarket twin turbo car that I have ever experienced. Exhaust noise levels can be quieted down to near stock levels with the larger mufflers and can be a bit louder with the smaller mufflers. We worked with the guys at European Performance Labs to engineer the engine calibration and the job that they did is nothing short of spectacular. Power delivery is very smooth and linear and the whisper of spooling turbos makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck.

Eurotech Motorsports in New Jersey and their customer John provided the dark grey Audi R8 V10 for development. The exclusive turbocharged sports car will be used for regular track days.

Carros personalizados e Hot Rods em Sacramento

Após 61 anos o Autorama Sacramento é uma das mais longas executando shows indoor e com 450 carros personalizados, hot rods e passeios especiais de todos os tipos cobrindo edifícios Cal Expo e feiras.

O Autorama Sacramento começou em 1950, quando empresário Sacramento HaroldBagdasarian "Baggy" e seu clube do carro, a Capitol City Thunderbolts Clube Auto, Baggy membros do clube convencido a "Settle amigável argumentos sobre os méritos de seus excelente carros personalizados." Isto de acordo com o host atual do programa, Rodshows.com, as mesmas pessoas que lhe trazer o Show Grand National Roadster. O show original atraiu 22 entradas e 500 espectadores com o primeiro "Best Car personalizado" troféu vai Leroy SEMAS para seu cupê Chevrolet.

Agora voltando ao "Kustom Capitol of the World" declaração, esse show teve carros construídos por ícones de personalização, como Gene Winfield e D'Agostino John. Para não mencionar alguns mestres locais de fabricação, bem como Chops Skoty Gambino e Alex sendo desafiada por Idaho construtor Russ Freund cujo "viagem T" chocou o GNRS 2011.
